Estrotech Heat Detectors are a heat detection programme giving mounting evidence you can rely on.
Brush hair thoroughly in the area you'll place the heat detector for optimal conditions for adhesion - across the backbone on the back half of the cow. Brush with the grain of the hair to remove dirt, dust and shedding/moulting hair.
Apply Estrotect Patches immediately prior to application, patches should be warmed to 100degrees F or 38 degrees C Place heat detector on the cow between the hip and tail head evenly spaced perpendicular to the spine, press down firmly and rub into hair with bare fingers. Do not apply in rainy weather.
